Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30
days of purchase. You must receive a Return Authorization Number before the
ANY return is
shipped back to us, this includes Cores.
Anything received without "Return Authorization Number"
will be promptly discarded.
"I Got The Wrong Part"
If you received the wrong part after giving us ample and accurate
information we are responsible for the return freight charge, reshipping
charge and of course any restocking charge is waved.
If you received the wrong part because you did not give us ample and/or
accurate information you are responsible for the return freight charge, reshipping
charge, and a restocking charge of up to 50% (varies by manufacture).
"Na, I Don't Really Want This Part"
Please contact us immediately! Please ask your sales representative
about the return policy concerning your specific part at the time of
purchase, as many of the
parts we sell are 'Special Order' - 'Custom Built', and are
not returnable at all. All returns (including cores) must be
made within 30 days of purchase. If your non Special Order - non Custom
Built part qualifies for return, a restocking charge of up to 50%
applies (varies by manufacture) and could take up to 30 days to process.
"Hey, This High Quality Part Didn't Fix My
Problem"
Please contact us immediately if you believe your part has a manufactures'
defect (workmanship or materials). We
will be more than happy to send it back to the manufacturer for
evaluation and repair/replacement (manufacturers discretion). Electrical
items are non-returnable.
"Hey, This High Quality Part Doesn't Work
Anymore"
Warranties vary by manufacturer and are usually guaranteed against manufacturers
workmanship and/or materials. Please ask about the specific warranty for
your part at the time of purchase.
Miscellaneous Legal Declarations
All returned parts, including cores, must be returned, prepaid
freight, to our fulfillment center, unless otherwise
instructed.
Cause of any failed part will be determined by the manufacture. Any
failed part determined defective by the manufacture, with said defect
originating with the manufacture, will be repaired or replaced at the
manufactures discretion. This warranty policy precludes, but is not
limited to abuse, neglect, improper application, improper installation,
'Off Road', 'Race' or 'High Performance' applications.
We do not authorize, nor will pay for outside labor to repair the
part in question. Any indication of repairs, modification or alteration
to the part in question voids all warranties. We are not liable for, nor
pay for 'Loss of Time', 'Inconvenience', 'Loss of Vehicle Use', or any
other incidental or consequential damages.
Core charges will be applied to Non-Rebuildable cores. Non-Rebuilable
cores will be returned to the customer upon request and will be subject
to additional Shipping and Handling Charges
